How great is this new open back body con maxi dress from Charlotte Russe?! The 3/4 length sleeve makes it totally fall appropriate. I broke up the all over pattern with a pop of color in the belt to accentuate my waist. This maxi can carry right into the winter by switching out the heel for a boot and adding on a great jacket or blazer! Have a great day!
