Party in the Back...

What I'm wearing...gray moto jeggings: Target (similar), open back top: Lotus Boutique (similar), strappy bralette: Forever 21 (similar), ankle strap heels: Charlotte Russe (similar), leopard print clutch: Forever 21 (similar), bib necklace: Burlington (similar)

What can I say?I just can't resist an open back top! This strappy open back little number caught my eye right away and I decided to add a little more interest by wearing a strappy bralette underneath. These new gray moto jeggings from Target are also a really great alternative to denim.

Hello Fall...

What I'm wearing...long sleeveless trench: Target, high waisted denim: Forever 21 (similar), black crop top: Forever 21 (similar), strappy heels: ShoeDazzle (similar), bag: Lotus Boutique (similar), watch: Michael Kors

I'm loving this new sleeveless trench from Target because it's the perfect fall transition piece! You can pair this with a tank top while the weather is still warm, and then as the weather gets cooler, you can pair it with a long sleeve top or light sweater. This trench is very light and flowy so it moves well and makes for a really great layering piece!

Party in the Back...

What I'm wearing...distressed denim: Mossimo, open back top: Express (similar), starppy bralette: Forever 21 (similar), heels: Target (similar), bag: Big Buddha (similar), watch: Anne Klein (similar)

If you read my blog often, then you know that I'm no stranger to an open back top or dress! What's new this year is the addition of a fun little undergarment called a bralette! Normally us girls try really hard not to show our bras, but in this case it's just the opposite. Now with the introduction of these flirty strappy and lacey bralettes, the undergarment is now meant to be seen!

OTS Obsessed...

What I'm wearing...off-the-shoulder top: Charlotte Russe (similar), distressed jeggings: Target, heels: Charlotte Russe (similar), leopard print clutch: Forever 21 (similar), watch: Michael Kors

It's fair to say that my off-the-shoulder top addiction continues! I just can't have too many! Here's hoping this trend doesn't go out of style anytime soon!

Long Lines...

What I'm wearing...long sleeveless blazer: Target, faux leather leggings: H&M (similar), striped tee: Target (similar), leopard print mules: Kristin Cavallari (similar), black bag: Lotus Boutique (similar), white tassel necklace: Burlington (similar), gold watch: Michael Kors

A long line sleeveless blazer like this is a really great fall transitional piece. It can be paired with a tee or tank while the weather is still warm, and then with a long sleeve top or light knit sweater once the weather starts to get cool. A versatile piece like this is always a good investment!

White after Labor Day...

What I'm wearing...white denim: Jennifer Lopez (similar), off-the-shoulder top: Lotus Boutique (similar), strappy heels: Charlotte Russe (similar), bag: Forever 21 (similar), white tassel necklace: Burlington (similar), white bow bracelet: JewelMint

Who says you can't wear white after Labor Day? If you ask me, that's one fashion rule that no longer applies! Given that it's early September and still a warm 90 degrees here in CT, white is definitely still appropriate. White can be worn well into the fall and winter as long as it's paired with lots of textures and chunky knits. Also, in case you haven't noticed, my obsession with off-the-shoulder tops lives on!

High Heels, High Pony...

What I'm wearing...distressed denim: Old Navy (similar), graphic tee: Marshall's, black heels: ShoeDazzle (similar), black clutch: Nine West (similar), watch: Michele, sunnie: Electric (similar)

When I'm feeling a little edgy, bring on the high sleek ponytail! A high pair of heels and a fun graphic tank never hurt either. I'm holding onto summer for as long as I can people!!

Labor Day White...

What I'm wearing...off-the-shoulder blouse: New York & Company (similar), distressed denim: Target (similar), heels: Charlotte Russe, white clutch: Charming Charlie (similar)

Happy Labor Day everyone! I hope everyone had a great weekend with family and friends! This weekend marks the end of summer and the beginning of the school year, which means this mama will have more time to get back to blogging. I know I've been a little MIA these past few months, but that's only because we've been busy showing these kiddos the most fun summer ever! Now that things will be quieter around the house, I can finally get back to fashion! Feels good to be back!
