I'm pretty sure this is the unofficial New England girl cool weather uniform. Here in CT we've been having a few 45 degree sunny days in a row, which is too warm for a heavy coat but too cool for nothing at all. Enter the puffy vest! It's the perfect layering piece for cooler days. Wear the vest with a pair of flat riding boots and you've got yourself a cute but casual look!
