A short dress and over-the-knee boots is quickly becoming one of my new favorite combinations, in case you haven't already noticed! I love to treat these boots like a chic pair of tights, but always remember to leave a little hint of skin between the top of the boots and the hemline of the dress. This keeps it from looking too bulky!
