How adorable is this new dress by Apt. 9 from Kohl's?! The floral print is gorgeous and the scuba material is so soft and comfortable. This is the type of dress that you can dress up, like I did here, or dress down with a pair of flat sandals for a picnic. Plus, it has pockets! I'm always a sucker for a dress with pockets!
