So if my obsession last summer was open back maxi dresses, then it's safe to say that this summer's obsession is definitely off-the-shoulder tops! I just think this style is so fun and flirty, but also really flowy and comfortable to wear. Spoiler alert, you're going to see a lot more of these tops on me in the near future!
