All this snow and cold winter weather is giving me the blues! So today, I'm mixing different shades of blue and turquoise to reflect my mood. Navy and turquoise have always been one of my favorite color combinations. I love how this scarf pops against the darker blazer. This all blue outfit might just help to cheer me up today!
