Try pairing your OTK boots with a dress or skirt this season and forgo the need for tights or leggings. The only rule of thumb here is to make sure that the dress or skirt isn't too short! There should only be a small sliver of leg showing, any more than that is a definite don't! Keep the look very classy by draping a great coat over your shoulders to stay warm!
