A fun way to add a little pop to a plain denim shirt dress is to add a little pattern! The small pops of leopard print in the belt and shoes really help to elevate this look. I finished off the look with gold accents for a little sparkle. I also love how the open back adds even more interest to this plain dress!

How sexy is this little striped wrap dress?! It's absolutely perfect for a little Friday night date night! I'm convinced that every body type looks great in a wrap dress. The only thing better than how cute I feel in this dress, is the price!

I was immediately drawn to the embroidery detail on the front of this dress as soon as I walked into the store! This is such a light flowy dress for summer with just the right amount of detail to dress it up!

With the recent heat wave we've been having here in CT, light weight summer dresses like this have been my day time go to! There's no thought involved in the morning, you just throw it on and go. Plus it keeps me nice and cool while I'm out and about all day running errands with the kids. Kohl's had a great selection of these casual day time dresses, so it's not a bad idea to stock up!

I'm finally back to blogging! Yay! Sorry guys, having two kids home with me all day this summer has really gotten the best of me. The good news is, I have a lot of new looks coming your way soon! How pretty is this new maxi from Kohl's?! It actually has mesh cut outs with a nude underlay, which makes for a really cool visual effect when it moves.
